Worship Director Rachel Roach
Rachel Roach serves as Worship Director at Celebration Community Church alongside her husband, Jason. They live in Dillsburg with their two children, Harper and Judah. Rachel has been leading worship at Celebration since November 2018.
She previously served as a music educator for 15 years and holds degrees from Mansfield University and Messiah University. Today, she is the CEO of Crown of Glory Solutions, supporting Christian-owned businesses through executive and social media services while also homeschooling!
Rachel felt called into worship ministry in 2013 and has trusted God’s timing ever since. Anchored in Jeremiah 29:11, her heart is to lead others into authentic worship and cultivate a team that lives for an “Audience of One,” echoing Psalm 150:6.
Outside of ministry, Rachel enjoys time with her family, bike rides with her husband, worship, and campfires. She looks forward to meeting you.
